- Newly admitted freshmen

- Students with academic achievements and leadership qualities
- Residents within and outside the U.S may apply
How to Apply
New students can avail of the scholarships by completing the scholarship application available at the university website. Students must be enrolled in any of the undergraduate programs to avail of the scholarships. The application process is also circumstantial as to which scholarship program the applicant wants to avail of.

Benefits
Beneficiaries of the scholarships will be endowed with the following benefits:
- Presidential Tuition Waivers: These awards are awarded to out-of-state and international students. The perk of this award is a reduction of the university tuition, which ranges from a savings of $25,000 to $50,000 over four years.
- Honors Program Presidential Scholars: This program includes the Choate Family Presidential Award, William P. Roberts Presidential Scholarships, and Russels Scholarships. Recipients will be awarded an amount of $1,000 per year for up to 4 years.
Application Deadline
The University of North Georgia application deadline has two dates. The priority deadline is December 1, 2020, and the regular deadline is March 1, 2021. Incomplete and late submissions will not be considered.
