If you are a sports enthusiast, then here is the chance to get the deserving appreciation. The MHSAA and the Farm Bureau Insurance Company are eagerly offering its excellent 2020-21 MHSAA-Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete Award. To be eligible for the award, you should be a senior with a minimum GPA of 3.5 with a varsity letter in specifically MHSAA-sponsored sport. Candidates should be enrolled in an MHSAA member school and must be participating in interscholastic athletics, and should be graduating in the 2020-21 academic year to be considered for the award.
The 2020-21 MHSAA-Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete Award is initiated to help the sports enthusiast achieve their dreams with some support. The association understands the struggles of the students who are sports enthusiast as well facing difficulties in managing their sports along with academics and for helping these talented students with their journey towards success these Awards has been initiated by MHSAA and the Farm Bureau Insurance Company.
MHSAA is an excellent non-profit organization which is a team of more than 1,500 private senior high schools, public and junior schools dedicated towards the development and growth of the students and athletes in these institutes. They initiate several programs that solely influence the growth of sports and the students who are interested in making an impactful career in sports. The MHSAA collaborating with other associations or organizations, and companies create different financial aids for needed ones.

Only the eligible candidates should begin with the application process. Students should create an account to apply for the program. Fellows should connect with their school athletic director to get the access code. Fellows can only apply for the scholarship through application after entering their access code. Candidates should submit all the required details and materials with concern to be considered. Late or incomplete information in the applications will be rejected.

Please submit 500 words essay on the importance of sportsmanship in educational athletics and two letters of recommendation with caution.
Benefits
Nearly 32 students will be selected and awarded with $1000. This amount must be used to reduce their educational costs like books, tuition and other related needs. These scholarships encourage students to do better in their careers by maintaining good academic standing. This program motivates athlete students to manage both their academics and sports careers.
