- Fellows should be a resident of any counties as follows; Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, or Whitley.

Nineteen scholarship funds have been initiated by the foundation to award the most deserving candidates.
