The applicant must follow the eligibility criteria for the DSEA Scholarships-

For Christopher K. Smith Memorial Future Teacher Scholarship-

• The applicant must be a graduate of a Delaware public high school desiring to pursue a career in teaching.
• The applicant must major in education and maintain a 3.0-grade point average.

For Howard M. Weinberg Scholarship-

• The applicant must have plans to pursue a degree program.
• The applicant must maintain a 3.0-grade point average.

Applicants applying for the DSEA Scholarships must fill the application form. To apply for the Christopher K. Smith Memorial Future Teacher Scholarship and Howard M.
