With the motive of developing the next generation of dedicated nurses and innovators, the University of Maryland has started accepting applications from eligible candidates for its Betty Irene Moore Fellowships. These are amazing three years-long learning programs that will help individuals gain experience and pave the way for becoming future nurses and innovators. These programs will equip individuals with essential skills and tools to enable them to contribute to improving health care delivery and advancing health in the future. These fellowship programs are made possible for early- to mid-career nursing scholars.
These fellowships will provide support for an innovative project and leadership development. The university understands that our healthcare system needs dedicated nurses and innovators to provide better healthcare services and that is why they have established these wonderful fellowships. These programs will support the development of people who are interested in this field or emerging talents. These will provide the platform for too early career nurses to test their skills and acquire some work experience even in the early stage of career. These fellowships are a great medium to increase the number of committed nurses in the health care system.
