The United States is both culturally and ethically diverse country. The people living in the United States represent different religion, race and background. Despite having so much diversity, there is unity among the people, and they are living united, accepting one another’s differences. To reflect this unity in diversity that the USA’s people are exhibiting, United Way of Norman has designed an excellent program called “United Way Poster Contest”. This competition would like to accept applications from all Norman (public and private school), Noble, Little Axe, Lexington and Robin Hill elementary students in grades K-5. If you have artistic talent and need a chance to refine it and set yourself apart from your peers, then United Way Poster Contest could be something you will never want to miss!
The fun part of winning this program is that you could win a pizza party not only for you but for your friends and/or family. Besides the pizza party, you will get a chance to get your design featured on the United Way of Norman’s 2021 Campaign poster that will give your recognization. For this year contest, two themes have been selected for the posters. These themes are United Way and Live United. You could choose one of them to create your poster on. No matter what media you use to create your design, your submission will be judged based on originality and the way you use the theme.
United Way of Norman is a social service organization based in Norman, Oklahoma. The purpose of this organization is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of the community. A community working together to make life better for everyone has been a vision of this organization. This organization has been dedicated to fighting for better education, financial stability, health and independence for every person in our community.

To apply, candidates will need to complete an online application form with all complete and correct information.
