A scholarship open to students who are interested in pursuing their Majors in relation to Sports, Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and National Basketball Association (NBA) proudly intend to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).
