A scholarship for students who demonstrate both academic excellence and active participation in school sports, the Norman and Rita Nussbickel Memorial Scholarship will only be awarded to eligible students of Arlington High School, Beacon High School, John Jay High School, and Roy C. Ketcham High School of the Mid Hudson Valley, the region of New York State.

Students who wish to apply must currently be High School seniors with an aim to pursue their higher studies and carry on their athletic abilities further simultaneously. There are a few documents that students who apply must submit, such as an Essay, a recent High School transcript, a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) and Expected Family Contribution (EFC), two current Letters of Recommendation from Teachers, Coaches Counselor, or any persons other than family members. 3. Berks County Scholastic Athletic Trainer’s Association Scholarship Fund by Berks County Community Foundation

This scholarship by Berks County Community Foundation is offered every year to support young athletes of Berks County, who have the potential to do better in the future. This scholarship will be offered to students who are currently High school seniors or have Graduated from Schools in Berks County, that contract with or employ Athletic Trainers.

Students who plan to pursue their higher studies in Sports Medicine, or want to become Certified Athletic Trainers will be given more preference.

4. Donald Lee Schul, Jr. Memorial Scholarship by Community Foundation of Eastern Shore
