The University of Cincinnati has set up a wonderful funding programme named National Outreach Award designed to recognize the academic merit of students. This scholarship package is available for all prospective students enrolling directly from a high school within the targeted states into a baccalaureate degree programme at the University of Cincinnati.
Students who belong to targeted geographic areas will be given consideration. This scholarship will recognize bright students’ efforts as well as remove all the financial impediments which might be preventing them to get higher education.

Who May Be Eligible?
The following eligibility criteria must be met to be selected for this opportunity:
- Entrants must be incoming freshman students from selected states;
- Applicants must be residing in one of the following states California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and District of Columbia;
- Recipients must be taking part in a baccalaureate degree programme at the university.
How to Apply
To be eligible to start the application process for scholarship, all aspirants should apply directly from a high school within the targeted states for a baccalaureate degree programme at the University of Cincinnati. After successfully admitting into an eligible course at the university, candidates can send their application for this wonderful scholarship.
The total value of the National Outreach Award is $6,000. This scholarship will be awarded to all deserving students on an annual basis for the length of the baccalaureate degree programme. This scholarship will be renewed for all those students who will maintain a 3.2 GPA and completes the annual 30-hour.
Applications will be accepted until December 1.
