The Ride for Change Scholarship for High School Seniors

The Ride For Change is proud to offer this scholarship to help the fellows in their financial crisis. This is a magnificent opportunity for the students to make their dreams possible. A scholarship is an award of financial aid for the students to further their education at a private or public post-secondary school or a private or public post-secondary college, university or other academic institution. This scholarship candidate should be a minority and must be enrolled in a high school for the current year, and should be a current year graduating Senior.

The Ride For Change will try every possible effort to give such the best education for them. The Ride For Change wants to help the eligible students who can’t furnish the educational expenses and want to make their vocation best. The Ride For Change acknowledges fellows stress and wants to solve it as soon as possible.

The Ride For Change is working vigorously towards the betterment of Amarillo and the residents. The firm is known for various initiatives they are taking to help society, and mainly Amarillo, grow. Amarillo is a city in Texas and the seat of Potter County. It is the 14th-most famous city in Texas and the largest city in the Texas Panhandle.

Who May Be Eligible

Here are the requirements you have to stand on to be accepted for these scholarships:

  • The candidate must be a minority.
  • Students should be enrolled in a high school for the current year.
  •  Fellows must be a current year graduating Senior.
  • Students should have completed at least 30 hours of community service.
  • Students must have a minimum of an eighty (80) GPA for the first three and one-half (3.5) years of high school.
  • Fellows must enrol in a college, university or technical school the fall semester following their high school graduation.

To apply for this scholarship, students should have to download the available application form on the websites. Then students must have to fill it with all the necessary information with materials. The application should be submitted before the deadline.Late submission will not be accepted.  So the student should submit the paper on time. Recipients of the scholarship funds will be determined by Townsquare Media, The Ride for Change and its affiliate sponsors. The monetary amount of Amarillo’s scholarship will be awarding $300 one scholarship of this amount to the most deserving candidates. The Ride for Change will benefit the students to make their career good. The scholarship recognizes the mess of people and tries to resolve it.
