In support of female students who are pursuing a course in STEM, Southern Automotive Women‘s Forum is now launching an amazing scholarship. Through this program, this foundation will provide monetary support to women to earn a degree in STEM. For this program, women who are enrolled or enrolling in a STEM field at an accredited two-year technical program, a four-year undergraduate program, or the graduate program will be recruited. This scholarship will increase the participation of female in the field like science, technology, engineering and math that are considered to be male-dominated areas.
Southern Automotive Women’s Forum has been dedicated to supporting women in their every educational and career-related endeavour. This organization understands the increasing need for female leaders in the male-dominated fields. This is why it has developed this scholarship offer that encourages women to come out and show their talents in such fields. This scholarship will make every easier for women to earn an education in STEM by funding their higher education. This scholarship will also contribute to nurturing the next generation of female leaders in the field of STEM.
Southern Automotive Women’s Forum is a not for profit organization committed to the personal and professional advancement of women in the automotive industry. By collaborating with its industry partners, it creates educational, mentoring and networking opportunities for women interested in the automotive industry. So far, SAWF has awarded more than $338,000 in scholarship funds to young women starting their STEM careers.

Applicants who meet the following criteria successfully will be selected:
- Applicants must be female students;
- Candidates should be enrolled or who plan to enrol in a STEM-related field, such as science, technology, engineering, or math;
- Aspirants must be enrolled in undergraduate and graduate program.
