Society of Exploration Geophysicists is very happy to announce that it has started accepting application for its outstanding scholarship programs. This scholarship targets at encouraging the study of geophysics and related geosciences in universities around the world. SEG offers the number of scholarships in the field of Geoscience to students from around the world. To qualify for these programs, you must be a high school senior intending to attend college next year or an undergraduate or graduate college student. These are merit-based funding programs.
These are renewal scholarships that are offered to students throughout their study program. These funding opportunities encourage students to pursue a degree program in geophysics or related field by lessening the burden of their educational cost. Through this program, the Society of Exploration Geophysicists ensures that geophysics students don’t face any financial hardship in earning a higher education. There is no restriction on the applicants’ nationality. The application process of this program is very simple. All you need to do is to register through the online portal of the organization.
