Rising Sun Regional Foundation Scholarship for High School Seniors

All the graduating seniors who reside in Ohio and Ripley counties and the City of Aurora have an excellent chance to get their educational expenses defrayed. The Rising Sun Regional Foundation is pleasingly expecting applications for their amazing scholarship program open for 2021. Candidates should be having a grade point average of at least 2.75 (on a 4 point scale) to be eligible for this program. Fellows should check the list of high schools or public schools to ensure their eligibility.

The Rising Sun Regional Foundation is happily offering this Scholarship to the deserving students through these Scholarships. The process of application is extremely very simple for students to access. The foundation understands the students’ needs and is willing to take every possible step for helping students out and for achieving this aim, the foundation has created this program. The foundation wants to reduce the load of the educational expenses on the students.

The Rising Sun Regional Foundation established only for the benefit of the r Ohio and Ripley counties residents and the City of Aurora in the State of Indiana. Since its establishment, the foundation is vigorously working towards the progress of these areas by initiating different programs that can help the people grow. The foundation understands the residents’ needs, and for helping them with their needs, there is a list of the program available.

Who May Be Eligible?

Here are the mandatory needs you should stand on to be considered for these Scholarships:

  • Graduating seniors residing in Ohio and Ripley counties, and the City of Aurora are eligible.
  • Candidates should be having a grade point average of at least 2.75 (on a 4 point scale) to be eligible.
  • Applicants attending East Central high school must be residents of Ripley County. Eligible fellows attending South Dearborn high school must be residents of the City of Aurora.
  • Eligible candidates attending Batesville High School must be Ripley County residents and/or the City of Batesville.

Please go through the list of schools eligible for this program. Students should download the application from the website and complete it with all the needed information. Please do not submit any incomplete data through the application as it will not be accepted. Candidates should provide all the mandatory supporting materials too with the application. Students selected will receive the Scholarship of $1000 each. This amount should only be used to pay students’ academic needs like tuition, books, and other related costs.
