Who May Be Eligible?
Applying for the programmes, review the criteria given below:
- Students graduated from Mississippi Community College with a GPA of 3.25-3.49 on a 4.0 scale entering the university are eligible to apply.
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurses) or RN (Registered Nurses) accepted to Alcorn’s AD or BS nursing program can also apply for this program.
How to Apply
The process of application is extremely easy. Eligible candidates should collect all the data and materials they need to submit in the application. Applicants must complete and submit the online application form before the deadline. The university will accept no late applications. Applicants must submit the needed material in the form; incomplete applications will be rejected. Please maintain the authenticity of the information you are submitting.

Amount of the scholarship differs as mentioned below:
- Community College Pathway I Scholarship: $5000 per year.
- Community College Pathway II Scholarship: $3000 per year.
- This amount should be utilized to pay the educational expenses like tuition, books and other verified needs. Candidates will receive only one scholarship.
