Who May Be Eligible?

  • Candidate must be United States citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on the scale of 4.0 for consideration for this scholarship.
  • The fellow should be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university within the United States. Applicants should be enrolled for an undergraduate degree in Logistics or equivalent field.
  • Employees, professional affiliates, and agents of North American Van Lines and their family members are not eligible for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must comply with IRS rules to qualify for the tax-free benefits of the scholarship.
  • Candidate should have qualified educational expenses to be eligible.

How to Apply

Interested applicants should submit the completed application for the North American Van Lines 2020 Logistics Scholarship Competition through the official link. All the details should be provided adequately to be eligible for the grant. Incomplete information will be not be considered for review; all the applications should be submitted before the deadline.

Supporting Documents

  • The fellow must submit their current transcripts with the application. The transcript should consist of the GPA score of the applicant.
  • Candidate should submit their proof of enrolment from the school verifying enrolment of the applicant.
  • The applicant must attach an essay with the application. This essay should be between 400 and 800 words. The essay should explain in detail why a career in logistics, supply chain management in an applicant’s college major of choice.

Benefits

The total award for the scholarship is $3,000, i.e. $1,000 award per winner. The scholarship fund amount will be mailed to the applicant’s address and will be made out to the applicant’s school in the form of a check. This scholarship fund should be used for the tuition and fees required for an eligible educational institution. This scholarship funds can be spent on fees, books, supplies, and other study equipment.
