Who May Be Eligible
If you meet the following requirements, then you are eligible to apply:
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted as a full time or part-time undergraduate student at an accredited post-secondary institution, college, or university for the upcoming academic year;
- Candidates should be majoring in an undergraduate level restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality-related program;
- Aspirants must be planning to be enrolled for at least two consecutive undergraduate terms or on track to complete an undergraduate degree within one term;
- Unrelated to any employees or family members of the National Restaurant Association, National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, any state restaurant association.
How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation Scholarships and Grants Application Portal, where they need to create an account or log in with their existed one to access the online application form.
The award amount of scholarship ranges from $2,500 to $10,000. This scholarship can be used to cover the expenses related to attending college. It will make students learning journey stress-free and give them a motivation push to make more accomplishments during their academic year.
The application deadline is March 15, 2021. After this date, no entry will be considered for this program.
