NACA Foundation Scholarships for Undergraduates and Graduates

The NACA Foundation is offering its Multicultural Professional Development Grant to the current undergraduate, graduate and school staff members. The grant is aimed to provide economic assistance to qualified under-represented programmers, allowing them to attend NACA-sponsored events. To be eligible, the applicants are to be identified as members of the African-American, Latina/Latino, Native American, Asian-American, or Pacific Islander ethnic minorities. Who is Eligible?

  • Current undergraduates, graduates, and school staff members are eligible to apply.

How to Apply?

For applying to the Multicultural Professional Development grant, submit the following documents:

  1. Fill the online application form.
  2. Submit a letter of recommendation from someone well acquainted. The letter should address your involvement in student activities and potential in the field. This recommendation should also affirm your ethnic minority status, financial need, and that you will be in the campus activities field at least one year following the program for which a scholarship is being sought.
  3. Submit the answer to the following questions in a word document:
  4. What is your past, current and plans for involvement in campus activities and are your past, current and future involvement with NACA or other professional organizations?
  5. What are your professional development objectives?
  6. Have you applied to your school for funds to attend a NACA conference, convention, institute or workshop?
  7. Was funding denied? Please explain.
  8. Submit your bio in around 100-words.
