  • Legal U.S residents, high school seniors, or first-year undergraduates who are enrolled or planning to enrol in full-time degree programs at an accredited college or university are welcome. Selected states are Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Indiana, or Illinois are eligible to apply.
  • Fellows must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Interested students should apply for the program by completing the assigned essay. Candidates should ensure that the essay is unique and original. The plagiarized essay will not be entertained. Fellows should publish their essays on student blogs on your university website, your website, or a blog platform like medium.com. Candidates must include at least one link to LernerAndRowe.com, giving a brief their event or program in the past. Send a link to your publicly-posted essay to scholarships@lernerandrowe.com. Applicants should mention their name, contact number, email, location, college, or university details in the body of the mail.

  • Write an essay of 1,000 words or more on the topic of “How I Will Use My Degree to Make the World a Better Place.”
  • A current school transcript is needed.

Benefits

Five (5) lucky students from Chicago (I.L.)Phoenix (AZ) and three (3) from Las Vegas (N.V.), Tucson (AZ and Albuquerque (N.M.), and two (2) from Merrillville (IN) will be awarded $1,000. This amount must only be used to pay education-related expenses of the candidates like tuition, fees, and other verified needs. The amount will be directly transferred to the college or university of the candidates.
