Kinder.com is presenting to you the Kinder Joy® Barbie® “You Can Be Anything” Sweepstakes which is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. It is an incredible opportunity for the kids to get inspired and dream big. The following contest is to encourage students to come forward and participate and win a chance to receive a $15,000 custom career-themed playhouse designed and crafted by charmed playhouses. The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received for the applicable random drawing during the Entry Period.
Two Grand Prize potential winners will be selected at random on or about September 18, 2021, with a separate Grand Prize drawing for each Custom Playhouse (“A” or “B”) available. There will be a separate random drawing for twenty (20) secondary prizes. The Grand Prize random drawing for each Custom Playhouse will consist solely of all eligible entries received which selected the corresponding Custom Playhouse on their entry. Potential winners will be contacted by the Administrator via email and/or telephone. The prizes will be delivered to the winner’s home (as indicated on his/her Sweepstakes entry). The Playhouse to be delivered and installed by third party service of Sponsor’s and/or Builder’s (“Builder”) sole choosing. The sponsor and its Builder will work with third parties to deliver the Custom Playhouse.

Who is Eligible?
Following are the eligibility requirements for the following scholarship contest:
- The Kinder Joy® Barbie® “You Can Be Anything” Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia
- Candidates must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry.
- Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc., Mattel, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, Sponsor’s promotion, advertising, and promotions agencies, including Administrator as defined below, and prize suppliers, including builder/supplier of the Grand Prizes of the two (2) Custom Playhouses (and their respective employees, directors, officers, and agents) (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
- Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or where restricted by law.
- The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
How to Apply?
To participate, the candidates are required to following the given instructions:
- Eligible Entrants may visit the Kinder Joy® Barbie® “ You Can Be Anything” Sweepstakes website at www.kinderjoybarbiesweeps.com and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form, which includes entering Entrant’s first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address.
- As part of the entry procedure, you must select one of the two (2) Custom Playhouses (“A” or “B”) that you’d like to receive as the Grand Prize if your entry is selected in the random drawing and you are verified as a prize winner. Be Careful In Selecting A Custom Playhouse Because Once Selected, Your Choice Cannot Be Changed.
- Your selection of Custom Playhouse enters you into the pool for the random selection of such Custom Playhouse.
- Once Grand Prize winners have been confirmed, Twenty (20) secondary prizes will be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.
- Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per email address during the Entry Period.
- Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
- Additional Sweepstakes entries received from the same person or e-mail address after the first Sweepstakes entry received from that person or e-mail address will be void; egregious or repeated violations may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes.
