This Foundation is providing excellent opportunities for students who are studying in public schools with not-so-good economic conditions. They are more concerned about students’ academic needs and take the initiative to provide optimum academic support to them.
Halifax County Public School Education Foundation’s focus is to develop and increase interest in public education and enhance and provide variation in educational opportunities for students by raising additional funds for Halifax County Public School. They aim towards giving good support and increasing interest in students in academics. The process of these scholarships is exceptionally straightforward.
Halifax County Public School Education Foundation was organized in March 2005 by Paul Stapleton, Superintendent; He established the Foundation to create educational opportunities for children attending public schools in Halifax County. The Foundation is working whole heartily to provide the best out of them in helping students and reduces their burden by taking the initiative in their financial needs.

How to Apply
Fellows must not forget to provide all the materials that certify their skills and eligibility for the scholarship. The Students interested in applying for a scholarship can pick up applications from the Halifax County High School Guidance Department or contact an Education Foundation member. Make sure the information you are providing is valid to be accepted for awards.
- Application with all other data and separate scholarship applications must be provided.
- Academics performance should be added along with all other documents.
These funds help the students reduce their fees and encourage them to provide them higher education without any interruption related to fees.
