Full Ride Scholarships for High School Seniors

A full-ride scholarship is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Fewer than 20,000 students a year are expected to receive one of these grants, accounting for less than 1% of all college students. The vast majority of these scholarships are offered by universities and colleges in an attempt to draw elite applicants to their campuses. Perhaps more uncommon are full-ride grants by charitable foundations that can be used at any school. These scholarships pay not only tuition but also extra costs including room and board, travel, and textbooks.

Students in high school who believe they are the best of the best should qualify for the scholarships mentioned below. Some of them have unique criteria, such as race or venue, while others are available to all. You should be in the top 10% of the class and have excellent test results if you want to be considered for these scholarships.

You should also be able to include clear, compelling evidence of your leadership abilities, group engagement, and impeccable character. Much of these scholarship submissions, predictably, would need you to write something, so make sure you’re a good writer. Finally, plan to require several high-quality letters of recommendation.

Here is a list of full-ride scholarships for high school seniors.
