The County Sheriffs of Colorado is excitingly welcoming students to apply for their County Sheriffs of Colorado Scholarships. Applicants should be legal residents of the United States whose county is participating in the program.
The County Sheriffs of Colorado realizes how difficult it is for students to complete their higher education and how much financial burden it brings. The Association understands proper financial support is the most desired need of the students, and for helping them with it, the Association has created these excellent scholarships. These scholarships will reduce the educational burden in students and help them contribute to their county’s growth.
The County Sheriffs of Colorado is a non-profit which is passionately working towards preserving and protecting the Office of Sheriff by offering quality programs and support with integrity, transparency and accountability. The organization is focusing on enhancing the quality educational opportunities for Colorado counties’ students to improve the standard of living of people and enrich the progress of the state.

Who May Be Eligible

- A permanent legal resident of a Colorado County having plans to enrol in a vocational training program or institution of higher learning in the state of Colorado as a full- or part-time student for the 2021-2022 school year is eligible.
- Applicants should be legal residents of the United States whose county is participating in the program.
How to Apply
Please check the list of counties participating in the programs to ensure your county is one in them. Candidates who are sure about their eligibility should apply for the Scholarships by completing the online application with all compulsory information and other requirements. Please do not submit the applications after the deadline as those will not be accepted to award the Scholarships.
- Applications with other supporting materials should be submitted with concern to be considered.
The organization will award nearly thirty $500 scholarships every academic school year to the Selected students. The amount through these Scholarships should only be used to pay the students’ educational needs like tuition, room, and other related needs. These scholarships help students be part of their counties’ success and encourage them to improve the standard of living of their families with education.
The last date to complete the application process is February 26, 2021. No incomplete submissions will be entertained.
