The Central Plains Dairy Association is an independent and non-profit trade organization that works to grow the Central Plains states’ dairy industry through education and communication activities. The association is committed to investing in proactive programming supporting the dairy industry along the I-29 Corridor in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Who May be Eligible?
To be eligible for the Central Plains Dairy Foundation Scholarships, the applicant must follow the eligibility criteria-
For Lon and Kathy Tonneson Scholarship-
- The applicant must have completed at least one semester enrolled in a post-secondary college or university (2- or 4- year program), pursuing a degree in Agriculture with an emphasis in Ag Communication and Leadership.
For CPDF Scholarship-
- The applicant must be attending two or four-year colleges or universities that offer one or more dairy education programs.
For Dairy Innovators Grant Program-
- Applicants should be a public, non-profit organization as defined by IRS Publication 78. You can also work with a verified fiscal sponsor who can receive funds on your behalf.

To apply for scholarships, the applicant must fill in the application forms. The recipients of the Central Plains Dairy Foundation Scholarships will receive various awards. The scholarship will grant financial benefits to the students to help them pursue higher education. The students will be able to cover up the cost of the educational expenses and overcome financial barriers.
The entrants must apply before the application deadline to be recognized for the Central Plains Dairy Foundation Scholarships. Applications for the scholarships are due on December 7, 2020, and January 31, 2021.
