This opportunity might help you achieve your goal the Carrington-Philbert is excited to announce the massive scholarship to an African American who is enrolled in the college or university for a 2-4 years program. They are moving with the motto of sharing with all. They know the road to success is not always easy. To make it easy and achievable to the program is initiated.

They aim at sharing whatever we have with the people in need and guide them to the road to success. They don’t only provide financial assistance, but they also provide mentorship and coaching to the students in need. They believe that only financial support is not enough, but little coaching and mentorship will make it easier for them to segregate the road of success and make most of the provided scholarship.

The program was established in memory of Malcolm Carrington and Sherwin Bridgewater. They instilled the values of education, pursuing knowledge, and achieving excellence in all circumstances. They taught their children and grandchildren that the road to success is not easy, but if the person has the will and desire to achieve, then nothing can stop him/her from achieving their goal. Through this scholarship, they want to reach the students who have a desire to achieve success. Through his scholarship, they want to encourage all the students to strive for academic excellence.

Who May Be Eligible

All applicants are humbly requested to go through the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

  • The student must be African American
  • Applicant must have the plan to attain accredited college or university for 2-4years
  • Applicants must fill the complete application before the due date as the late application will not be considered eligible.

  • Applicant must provide proof of acceptance by an accredited college or university for a 2-4years college program
  • Applicant must provide a transcript of the current academic
  • Students must give the letter of recommendation by the teacher/principle
  • Applicants must provide an essay on the topic provided in the application.
  • Applicant must provide a photo along with the application.

The provided scholarship must only be utilized for the academic expenses of the student.
