Women in Marine Association Scholarships

As the name suggests, Women In Marine Scholarships are for women who have served or be serving in the United States Marine Corps or Reserve, those are related by blood to Marine on active duty, legally adopted or step-children, or a sibling. Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Society’s Education Assistance Program

The Society’s Education Assistance Program is designed to offer interest-free loans and grants for Undergraduate or Master’s degree students who are enrolled in an accredited two or four-year Post Secondary, Technical, or Vocational Institution across the United States. This financial aid program is open to children of active duty, retired or deceased Sailors and Marines, or spouses of active duty and retired Sailors and Marines.

The last Scholarship on this list, the Military Scholarship by NBCC Foundation was designed to financially support Service members, Veterans, and their spouses pursuing a career in professional Counseling. This scholarship is open to Military personnel and their families and will provide financial assistance up to $8,000 to those enrolled or planning to get enrolled in accredited Counselling degrees.

To apply, you must be enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counseling Master’s program, must have potential and a positive outlook towards providing mental health services to service members and/or veterans within one year of Graduation, and for the duration of a minimum of at least two years Post-Graduation.
