Five $5,000 scholarships will be awarded by the Banatao Family Filipino American Education Fund to qualifying incoming students enrolling in four-year schools or universities. On the basis of excellent academic achievement in a full-time undergraduate program, each award is extendable for a total of four years. Only undergraduate students are eligible for awards. The Fiesta Committee of the Colorado State Fair recognizes that the title of Fiesta Pageant Queen encompasses a wide range of talents and attributes.
