California State University Long Beach

The Long Beach men’s volleyball team is being coached by Alan Knipe since 2001. It has won 3 NCAA championships in back-to-back years. This team has also won Big West Conference for 2 consecutive years. Their most notable alumnae are Bob Ctvirtlik, a member of the 1988 gold-medal team, and Tom Hoff a member of the 2008 U.S gold-medal team in Beijing.
