- Applicants must be a senior standing in Blair or surrounding Counties (including Home School).
- The applicant, or a parent/guardian of the applicant, must be an ARC Federal Credit Union member to be eligible.
How to Apply
Student’s can download the application on the website. Fill the application with all the necessary needs and materials to be accepted for the scholarship. Late submissions will not be considered for awards. Applicants should make the supporting documents provided are valid. Recommendations should be provided to MsAliah Broman

One student will be selected to award the scholarship of $3000. This amount should only be used to pay the students’ educational expenses like tuition, fees, and other related needs. The last date to apply for the program is Monday, March 22, 2021. After this date, no applications will be considered for awards.
