How to Apply

The scholarship will be provided to students in two categories: The Bettie Qualls Memorial scholarship – $1000.00 and The Kay Tipton honorary scholarship – $1000.00.Half of the scholarship value will be given at the beginning of the school year with proof of enrollment and schedule for the first semester. The remainder to be presented at the beginning of the second semester upon confirmation of completion of at least 12 hours with a minimum of 2.5-grade average from the first semester.
