Who May Be Eligible?

- Fellows should be a United States citizen or a permanent resident.
- Candidates must be enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university. (HBCU students preferred).
- Fellows should be classified as a freshman or sophomore at the time of application with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Individuals should be majoring in a computing field.
