Tysons Interfaith is accepting applications now for the 2021 essay or art contest. TYSO Tysons Interfaith is encouraging individuals to come forward and submit an essay or work of art inspired by their experiences during the pandemic. This is your opportunity to tell everyone about your experiences and what was your version of this pandemic. The possible topics on which you can write or create art are Lessons learned; Heroes admired; How your faith or values helped you cope; Expectations going forward. The topics are quite simple and can be easily attempted. You are required to frame your submission based on your real-life experiences and encounters.
The following essay or art contest is divided into three categories: adult, teen, and youth, and each category will have three winners and be given places as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. All the winners will be awarded cash prizes. By submitting an entry, the candidate will grant the right to Tysons Interfaith to share your essay or art,
with your name, on the Tysons Interfaith website, and in local newspapers. The last date for the submission of your entries is October 15, 2021. The results and the prizes will be announced on November 1, 2021.

There are no restrictions regards to eligibility for the following contest. The applications are open to all.
How to Apply?
The interested individuals are required to submit their artworks or essay on the following possible topics: Lessons learned; Heroes admired; How your faith or values helped you cope; Expectations going forward.

Benefits
All of the submissions will be reviewed and judged by the selection committee and out of all, the three most deserving candidates out of each category: Adult, Teen, Youth will be selected as the winners of the following scholarship. The winners will be awarded the following:
