Bressman Law is now announcing the Traumatic Brain Injury Scholarship to serve as a community outreach throughout the United States for students persevering despite the effects of severe head trauma. This $1000 scholarship is designed to heighten public awareness of the challenges American youth face following traumatic brain injuries. These annual scholarships are meant to lend financial hope for a bright future to one deserving US student every year. Applicants need to be enrolled or accepted in a recognized college within the US, demonstrate academic achievement as reflected by a cumulative minimum 3.0 GPA in either high school or undergraduate transcripts, and have a documented diagnosis provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
Scholarships sometimes have specific requirements like students suffering from PTSD, traumatic injuries, etc. Such scholarships award students whose life has been majorly changed by injuries that restricts them from completing their education. Some sponsors serve students like these by giving them an opportunity to win cash prizes for themselves, which can be used towards education-related expenses. Moreover, scholarships are generally given based on merit, and students are acknowledged for their hard work in their studies. Scholarship money, unlike education loans, does not have to be repaid. So, students need not worry about the debts that would have been accumulated if they opted for education loans.
