Who May Be Eligible
Candidates need to meet the following eligibility criteria to take part in the Topgolf Sweepstakes:
- To enter and win, you must be a lawful citizen of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and dependencies, as well as where forbidden by law) and be 21 years old or older at the time of entry.
- Anyone who falls into one of the following categories is ineligible to enter or win a prize:
- someone who was or is a director, officer, agent, official, or employee of Topgolf Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), or its parent, affiliates, branches, franchisees, prize suppliers, or service agencies at any point on or after April 1, 2021;
- persons involved in the creation, processing, or delivery of Sweepstakes materials, or in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes; and
- any person in any of the preceding categories who is or claims to be an immediate family member (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent, or spouse of any of the foregoing), regardless of where they live, or who lives in the same household as any of the preceding categories.
