Do you consider yourself tech-savvy who likes to solve real-world programming problems? If you said yes, then you have landed at the right place. TCEA tighter with TA/CS SIG is now presenting an exciting computer science contest for 2021. For this year, TCEA is running this contest virtually due to the circumstances affecting education. The entries will be accepted from secondary students who are fascinated by the technology. Teams of three students will be selected, and they will challenges each other with critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving, along with other 21st century skills to take it to the next level. Both advanced and novice teams alike can send their application to compete in this program.
Computer science is a challenging field that requires students to be critical thinker, problem solver and creative. As the students’ interest in this area is increasing, discoveries and innovation are taking place in our world. Computer science is a dynamic and rapidly growing field. Expertise in this area helps one to find solutions to complex problems. With time, we human have become more dependent on computers to do our work. With the increasing usage of computer, the opportunities in the area are also growing. TCEA knows the importance of helping students bring out their talent and boost their tech love. That is why it has developed this contest which will assist participants in polishing their skills, increase their confidence, gain recognization, and share and gain knowledge.
