Who May Eligible?
The applicants, including the below requirements, are eligible for the program:
- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution for Fall-start school year
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
- Located in a community near TC Energy’s operations or projects
- Would benefit from supplementary education funding
