Tampax, Proctor & Gamble’s leading tampon brand is offering a huge sum of $10,000 as a scholarship amount to the most eligible students so that they can pursue their dreams of working as healthcare professionals. Since Tampax values education and believes everyone has a right to know their own body, through the Flow it Forward Scholarship, they are on a mission to educate young women on period care and encourage them to work in the healthcare sector. This scholarship is especially being offered to support the next generation of Black Female Doctors and healthcare professionals, achieve their dreams with the help of financial support provided by coming together of Tampax and UNCF.
This scholarship will be provided to College Juniors who meet the required criteria, including residential proof, academic transcript, a GPA of 3.5 on the previous year of study, and participation in one service project or event. Most importantly, the applicants must have a genuine interest in working in the medical field and focus on the health of the black community. The winners will be notified via email by October 31, 2021.

Who is Eligible?
Students who have a desire to work in healthcare sectors, and are of African American origin, and particularly are legal residents of the USA, are eligible for this scholarship. They must also have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in their previous academic year and have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Apart from these, you are also required to submit a current academic transcript, an essay, and one Letter of Recommendation.
