The experience of teachers in handling such an adverse environment would make them proficient in it. But never is a situation similar to another. Adversities occur often which has to be handled with a composed and mature state of mind. The reasons for tantrums in class are those that can never be forecasted. It may be due to disappointment, monotony, mental health issues, or something very personal. Each of the cases has to be dealt with differently with a separate strategy. The teachers can undergo a self practicing session for planning, teaching, and expecting such behaviors in the class, the routines and procedures can be made sure, the new principles and regulations to be followed in class should be reminded throughout an academic year, the topics taught should be constantly revised and re-taught if needed, and the teacher should always be vigilant about the activities going on in the class along with constant checking with students about their behavior in the class.
