SPIE is very delighted to announce the launch of its wonderful scholarship programs available for 2021. The award amount of scholarships ranges typically from $3,000 to $11,000. These funding promises are for students from any part of the world. To be selected for this opportunity, you must be a student member of SPIE and enrolled in optics, photonics, or other related programs for the entire school year beginning in Fall 2020. These scholarships are created to recognize and reward the amazing contributions that students have made in the field of optics, photonics and other relevant fields.
The motive of the organization behind making available such funds is to encourage the students who are giving their best in the optics, photonics, and other related fields. These programs will release the financial burden on students so that they can gain proper education and develop themselves academically. SPIE wants that no student has to face challenges due to their limited financial means or leave their educational dream behind in order to limit their education.
SPIE is a leading international not-for-profit professional society for optics and photonics technology. It was established in 1955 by Robert L. Woltz. The organization works with researchers, educators, and industry in order to advance light-based research and technologies for the betterment of the human condition.
