To be eligible to take part in the competition, you must be a legal resident of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine and least eighteen years old at the time of admission.
