Candidates with the following requirements are eligible to take part in this program:
- Recipients must have been accepted or be currently attending a 2 or 4-year college in Texas;
- Applicants must hold a GPA of at least 3.0;
- Employees of Attorney Robert White and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
