Maryville College is very pleased to announce the launch of its exciting scholarship programmes open for the academic year 2020-21. These wonderful funding programmes are currently open for all first-year students of Maryville College.
These scholarships will be awarded based on academic information, student interest, student leadership, and talent. The purpose of these scholarships is to provide bright students, for whom educational opportunities are limited due to financial or other hardship, access to top-quality higher education at affordable prices.
Maryville College is situated at a very beautiful location, between the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the city of Knoxville, in Maryville, TN. It is regarded as one of the oldest colleges in the South. It provides its students with popular courses including business administration, accounting & finance, and psychology. Who May Be Eligible?
Applicants who are interested in becoming a part of these opportunities should check these requirements first:
- Applicants must be prospective students;
- Candidates should be applying for an undergraduate course at Maryville College.
How to Apply
No separate application is required for these scholarships. Consideration will be given to those students who have successfully been admitted into an undergraduate course at Maryville College. Candidates are recommended to send their application for admission with all required documents to the university as soon as possible.
Supporting Documents
Recipients must send a high school transcript, including senior year courses, and test scores with their application.
Benefits
Academic merit scholarships are divided into four parts:
- Presidential Scholarship will provide deserving candidates with $23,000 per year on-campus and $18,000 per year off-campus.
- Candidates of the Dean’s Scholarship will get $22,000 per year on-campus and $17,000 per year off-campus.
- Maryville College Scholarship’s award ranges $16,000 (per year off-campus) to $21,000 (per year on-campus)
- MC Scots Scholarship will offer $19,000 per year on-campus and $14,000 per year off-campus.
