Imagining Wyoming’s Future: A Youth Vision for 2030

The University of Wyoming and its partnering organizations have designed a fantastic contest named “Imagining Wyoming’s Future: A Youth Vision for 2030″. With the help of this program, the University of Wyoming would like to hear from Wyoming’s youth about what kind of future they expect for Wyoming in nine years. This competition is part of a Ruckelshaus Institute initiative to discover a community-driven vision for Wyoming’s future, and youth perspectives are essential for this work. If you were born on or after January 1, 2001, and your primary address is a Wyoming zip code; you are invited to become a part of this opportunity. Submissions from high school juniors and seniors are especially encouraged.

If you choose to submit a write-up, then please remember that it should be 2,000-4,000 words in length. While audio/visual entries should be no longer than minutes. Winners will be selected for the following awards: Grand prize, second prize, third prize, and runner up. For the last category, up to seven winners will be chosen. There will be fantastic cash prizes in this contest for winners. The amount of cash will depend on the place you secure.
