Ghana Commission for UNESCO is thrilled to introduce its new and exciting 2021 ICM International Martial Arts Photo Contest. This competition is ideal for those who are interested in both martial art and photography. Regardless of nationality and age, Ghana Commission for UNESCO will accept applications for this contest from interested individuals. This year’s theme of this competition is “The value and philosophy of martial arts in our everyday lives”. Ghana Commission for UNESCO was begun as the committee for UNESCO affairs in 1957 when Ghana became an associate member of UNESCO. When the country got full membership of UNESCO, Ghana Commission for UNESCO also received approval for working under the title of Ghana Commission for UNESCO from the Cabinet. Ghana Commission for UNESCO works under the ministry and is responsible for education.

Who is Eligible?

Anyone interested in martial arts and photography regardless of age and country can apply. The contest is open to both Koreans and foreign nationals.

How to Apply?

To send your entry for this program successfully, you will have to follow these steps given below:

  • Upload your photo with the entry form at the ‘Apply’ Page
  • JPEG(or JPG) Format / Maximum 3 photographs per person
  • Long side should be 3,000 Pixel or above
  • All kinds of digital cameras allowed including DSLR (Film type of photo will not be accepted)
  • Make sure that you may be asked to submit more than 10MB size of the original copy of your work
  • No limitations to the shooting dates and times of the photo
  • Name of work, description, location and the timing of the shoot must be written
