Who May Be Eligible

This scholarship is open to persons entering or enrolled in an associate degree (two-year) program or a bachelor’s (four-year) program, to persons entering postgraduate studies in a master’s or doctorate program at an accredited university or college in the united states, and to persons desiring to pursue a bachelor’s degree on a part-time basis at a university or college campus on Oahu.

All candidates need to fill out an online application form that must include all legit and complete information. Each interested candidate is required to send this form with the required documents at the following address:

Supporting Documents

  • Proof of acceptance into an associate degree program, a bachelor’s degree program, or a post-graduate program at an accredited university, college, or professional certification program;
  • Proof of registration must be received by September 15th and by January 31st of that academic year before the grants for the 1st and 2nd semester are sent to the university, college, or trade school of applicant’s choice;
  • Official transcripts of the 1st and 2nd semester.
