Halloween Costume Scholarship is an entering program designed by the MoneySolver. The award is open to grab by the legal residents of the United States who are currently, have been or will be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institute.
The award can be obtained by just stating your experience of favourite Halloween Costume. The recipient of the program will be able to accomplish his/her higher and quality education with some fewer worries of financial aids.

Who May Eligible?
The mentioned criteria must be reviewed by the candidates to join the program:
- Must be eighteen years of age or above at the time of application.
- Must be legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
- Must be currently, have been, or will be enrolled (or enrol no later than the fall of 2022) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university or trade school).

Benefits
The winner of the Halloween Costume Scholarship will receive an award amount of $1000. The amount is enough to cover any relevant expenses of studies.
