Global Impact Scholarship

Students who are not able to achieve higher studies due to some financial problems have an opportunity to cover their educational expenses by the Global Impact Scholarship. The program is being organized by the International Culture Exchange Services.

The high school juniors and seniors who have a citizenship of the United States will be able to participate in the program. The award amount will be a great help for recipients to complete their studies with fewer burdens.

International Culture Exchange Services is an international nonprofit youth exchange organization. It is committed to educational study abroad programs and promoted a more peaceful world by advancing global awareness and cultural.

Who May Eligible?

Interested students must take a glance over the eligibility requirements provided to qualify the program:

  • Must be a high school junior or senior
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled full-time in a public, private, or school in the United States.
  • ICES employees, paid contractors, board members, and their immediate families are ineligible

How to Apply

The eligible students can submit their applications for the scholarship by filling an online application form. The form can be found on the same main page of the program.

Supporting Documents

  • Must write an essay of 750-1500 words sharing your thoughts about “Why is cross-cultural understanding important to our future?”

Benefits

The Organization is to distribute a five scholarship awards of amounting $1,000 to students.  The grant should be utilized to pay for any study-related expense.

Application Deadline

The application deadline to submit the complete application with the essay is May 1, 2020.
