Bowdoin College
The Bowdoin College offers a wide variety of housing ranging from singles to apartments with full kitchens. All first-year students live in one of eight residential halls. Upper-class students participate in an annual “housing lottery” to choose from a variety of on-campus room and apartment configurations, apply to live in one of our eight College Houses or enter the off-campus housing lottery for approval to live off campus during their junior or senior year. The Office of Residential Life is dedicated to providing all Bowdoin students with a living space that is safe, fulfilling, enriching and fun and where they have the opportunity to continue to learn outside the classroom. Scripps College

Bryn Mawr College
Residence halls at Bryn Mawr provide simple, comfortable living spaces that promote full participation in the life of the College community and encourage individual growth. All of Bryn Mawr’s dorms have a common living room and most of the dorms have additional lounges with couches and often books and games. All of the dorms have coin-operated vending machines for both soda and snacks. Dorms will either have one laundry room with several washers and dryers or a single washer and a single dryer on individual halls. Each dorm is slightly different from the next in terms of personality, accommodations, room size, and style and in many more ways that you will shortly learn about!

Pitzer College has three residence halls on campus as Pitzer, Atherton and Sanborn Halls (P.A.S.). The first level of Pitzer Hall is the home of the Admission Office. Pitzer Hall houses 78 students. The goal of Housing & Residential Services is to keep those residences functioning, the communities within them thriving, and to give students the freedom and flexibility to decide what community fits them best. At the undergraduate level, MIT is a residential university.
