Fellows must have completed high school or obtained a GED and should be attending an eligible post-secondary school or any qualified student attending an eligible two-year skilled trade technical institute focused on a mechanical trade, or agriculture is considered.

The Franklin Krause Foundation has designed this scholarship to reduce the financial burden of the students.
