Fellows must have completed high school or obtained a GED and should be attending an eligible post-secondary school or any qualified student attending an eligible two-year skilled trade technical institute focused on a mechanical trade, or agriculture is considered.
The Franklin Krause Foundation has designed this scholarship to reduce the financial burden of the students. The Franklin Krause Foundation established in the South Dakota Community Foundation based upon the wishes of Franklin Krause. The foundation aims to provide financial support to deserving organizations, students to promote the growth of their counties. Who May Be Eligible
