Croatian Academy of America is now providing the Zarko Cuculic Memorial Scholarship. The program is made possible for students studying at any accredited university and college in the United States.
The purpose of the program is to provide assistantship to students who are seeking to gain higher education in the fields of the arts, medicine, and theology.
The Croatian Academy of America is a non for profit organization. It was founded in 1953 and build in the New York State on December 17, 1956. The certificate of incorporation was further qualified in 1962.

Who May Be Eligible?
Students applying for the scholarship must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Have completed high school a cumulative GPA of at least a b or its equivalent
- Have been admitted to an accredited university or college in the United States
- Students must show a demonstrated dedication to the study and promotion of topics related to Croatian history, art, literature, and culture.

Supporting Documents
Applicants will have to provide the following documents:
- A copy of your official college transcript
- Applicants need to describe your extracurricular activities
- Include an essay, describing how you have engaged in or plan to participate in the research and promotion of Croatian history, art, literature, and culture (such engagement does not necessarily need to include academic courses but may consist of extracurricular activities).
- Provide two references and their contact information
Benefits
The Croatian Academy of America will award two $5,000 scholarships to students to pursue a degree in the fields of the arts, medicine, and theology in the United States.
