Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is pleased to announce its Energy Policy Fellowship Programme. The programme is open for students who are pursuing their studies in the area of technology & diversity.

The fellowship program is committed to helping students gain the necessary skills to become the upcoming generation of leaders in public service and to receive hands-on public policy training as full-time legislative aides and policy analysts.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is an American educational foundation. It researches issues affecting African Americans, publishes a yearly report on crucial legislation, and sponsors issue forums, leadership seminars, and scholarships.
